Harnessing the power of music to assist New Hampshire families and communities in crisis.

Meet the Team

  • Chris McClain

    PRESIDENT

I'm a Seacoast native passionate about my community. I’m an Account Executive with Dennis Food Service, a 100% employee-owned company, where I can use all of my experience in hospitality and sales.

I have also been a Realtor for almost ten years, applying my understanding of the Seacoast market to help clients find their perfect home. Additionally, I owned and operated my own music club.

I currently live in Durham with my wife (who happens to be our Treasurer) and our four children.

What Caring Beyond means to me:

Caring Beyond reflects my passion for community and music. It began with a conversation with Katie and Heather, where we bonded over live music, sparking the idea for a charity concert. This eventually grew into our nonprofit organization.

Music has always been vital to my life, and merging it with a mission to help others has been incredibly fulfilling. Caring Beyond isn't just about organizing events or raising money; it's about making a tangible impact.

Through Caring Beyond, I get to give back in a meaningful way, ensuring our community thrives. It’s about leveraging my passion for music and love for the community to make a real difference, showing that we can achieve more collectively than alone.

  • Heather Galloway

    VICE PRESIDENT

I am a trusted industry professional with over 25 years of experience in providing homeowners, auto, umbrella, and other types of personal insurance. As an Independent Agent, I have built a reputation for serving my clients with timeliness, accuracy, and integrity. I enjoy teaching my clients about the nuances of insurance to help ensure they have the coverages and protection they need. I currently hold Property and Casualty licenses in New Hampshire, Vermont, Maine, and Massachusetts.

As a Southern New Hampshire native, my husband and I reside in Merrimack, NH with our Havanese and two Tuxedo cats, surrounded by wonderful family and friends.

What Caring Beyond means to me:

It means Caring Beyond ourselves and doing what we can to help those who are most vulnerable in our community. As one of the founding members, Chris, Katie, and I formed Caring Beyond, realizing that we cannot always be the people on the front lines helping those in need. Our goal is to assist and help raise funds for the people/groups that are truly on the front lines so they can focus on what is most important – helping people.

  • Katie Myers

    SECRETARY

I'm a trusted insurance professional with over 13 years of experience. As an independent broker, I specialize in homeowners, auto, umbrella, and personal insurance. My passion lies in protecting clients and guiding them through various risks. With access to multiple carriers, I customize policies to offer exceptional coverage at competitive prices. Based in Exeter, I hold Property and Casualty licenses in New Hampshire, Maine, and Vermont, ensuring my clients are well-protected. I am a single Mom that has experience with how to protect you and your family with changes in coverage. It could be adding a teen driver to your policy or how to best protect your assets before claims occur.

What Caring Beyond means to me:

As co-founder of this organization, it became incredibly clear during the pandemic that one of the most vulnerable parts of our community needed support: our children. They were at risk and in dire need of services and funding. After speaking with Chris McClain and Heather Galloway, we discussed our shared passion for music and helping others. We wanted to make a difference for both those without a voice and the organizations that support these children. Our mantra was, "We are not sure how to do this, but we are going to do it anyway." The results were overwhelming, and the impact has made a significant difference for those we support. It is an honor and a privilege to be part of making a difference in my community and for those in need.
